Terms & Conditions

I agree to comply with the rules of the MFPA and with any resolutions or amendments which may be made from time to time by the MFPA Executive committee.

I authorise the MFPA and FIFPro CE in both my capacity as a player of the league in Malta and possibly as a member of the Maltese national team on a non-exclusive basis to use my name, images, likeness or any other indicia of identity in the interest of the MFPA and FIFPro CE. I am aware that MFPA will authorise FIFPro CE to use these rights collectively.

I consent to the receipt, storage and processing of any information by MFPA supplied by myself which constitutes personal data. I understand that MFPA may exchange some or all of the information with other organisations and/or companies.

I authorise MFPA to request from the Malta Football Association (MFA), and collects from the MFA, whether for itself or on my behalf; any information on my person, copy of my contract, details of the same or related documentation, as well as any decision on my person, contract or status with the MFA.

I hereby opt in and authorise MFPA, to keep me informed of their products and services by mail, email or by other electronic means. I understand that I may inform them in writing if I do not wish to receive this information. I also understand that I have the right to request access to, and rectification of, my personal data held by MFPA by directing my request via email to info@maltafpa.com.

I authorise MFPA to receive, store and process my signature on the membership form. For the sake of clarity, this shall also include a digital signature. I also authorise MFPA to use same signature on other documents and applications needed to assist me with legal and taxation related matters.

I authorise MFPA to receive on my behalf the membership fee from any Club I am registered with.

I understand and agree that for me to cancel the MFPA membership I need to submit a request for cancellation to MFPA in writing by sending an email to info@maltafpa.com. I also understand and agree that upon signing up for a Premium MFPA membership, I also have the option of cancellingmy Premium membership any time by visiting my Dashboard on the MFPA website.

I understand and agree that Premium membership benefits cannot be transferred or assigned to others and that MFPA may choose in its sole discretion to add or remove Premium membership benefits from time to time. I understand that MFPA reserves the right to accept or refuse any type of membership at their discretion.

I understand and accept that the Premium membership fee is stated in the Premium membership section, and that from time to time, MFPA may offer different membership terms, with a possibility of variations in membership fees.

I understand and accept that the Premium membership fee is non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms. Should my payment method be declined I agree to provide a new eligible payment method which can be successfully charged without undue delay. In such a case, I understand and accept that the new premium period will be based on the date of the successful charge.

I understand and accept that my Premium Membership will be automatically renewed, and I authorise MFPA (without the need for further notice) to collect the applicable annual membership fee and any relevant taxes, using any eligible payment method through the third party according to the billing terms provided by said third party applicable to my membership. I also understand that I can cancel the automatic renewal of my Premium Membership.

I understand and accept that MFPA may, in its discretion alter these Terms or any aspect of Premium membership, without further notice and that if any change to these terms is found to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or conditions. I understand and accept that my continued membership after an alteration inthese terms constitutes my acceptance of said alterations. I understand that if I do not agree to said alterations, I am at liberty to cancel my Premium membership subscription.

I understand and accept that MFPA has the discretion to terminate my membership or Premium membership subscription. Should this take place, MFPA will give me a prorated refund based on the full months remaining in your premium membership.

I understand and agree that in addition to other limitations and exclusions in MFPA’s Terms and Conditions, MFPA’s liability whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, will not exceed the last premium membership fee paid by myself. This limitation of liability will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and will survive cancellation or termination of my membership or premium membership.

I understand and agree that any dispute or claim relating in any way to these Terms and Conditions will be adjudicated in the country of Malta and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in these courts. We each waive any right to a jury trial
